When can I expect to receive my DOSE package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your DOSE can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:

Where does DOSE ship?
DOSE currently ships to the UK, Europe, America, Canada and Australia

Standard shipping is free when you spend £30 or more, after promotions. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll see the total cost of your order during checkout. Your payment method will be charged in Pound sterling (GBP) according to those charges. DOSE orders sent to UK addresses do not require signature for delivery.
How long does it take to ship?
Standard Shipping to our Mainland UK friends will take 3-5 business days (it may take a few extra days to deliver to islands and BFPO addresses).
Will I be charged VAT?
VAT is included in the price of each item.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Can the delivery country be different from the billing country?
Unfortunately, no. The country in the billing address must be the same as the delivery address in order for us to complete the order.

Are you cruelty free?
We’re committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development, and we will only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Can I sell the products on my own site?
Your purchase of DOSE products is only for your personal use. If you are interested in wholesaling DOSE products, please contact Shara Tochia by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Can you help with a product I bought from a third party marketplace?
We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on whateveryourdose.com, and through authorised partnerships. We’re also not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed through whateveryourdose.com

How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your DOSE Mood Mist. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Help! I can’t find my return slip.
Don’t worry—DOSE packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the DOSE product you ordered!
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shoppay, Google Pay, Apply Pay or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com. We’re happy to help!
How are DOSE products different from other beauty brands?
At DOSE we believe that a healthy, happy mind and body starts with movement - whether that’s an energising run or HIIT class or a relaxing yoga session. We have created products that speak to this ethos and serve as “hacks” to get you in the zone when you’re not in the mood to workout or are too wired to wind down.
They have been designed to throw in your gym bag and are the ultimate fitness companion to help you get to that endorphin rush or unlock some inner zen when you need it most.
We asked our DOSE readers what they wanted and they told us “more energy” or to feel “more calm/relaxed”. DOSE Mood mists was born from this and we continue to let our readers inspire us so we deliver products they actually need.
Our bodies already contain the formula for feeling good - it’s about learning how to tap into natural mood boosters like dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphins through yoga or exercise - and our products have been designed to do just that.

How can I update my order?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfilment centre processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to process your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page, which will be updated after your order is placed and again once your order ships.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid DOSE promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.
